Ed has had a very rough yr health wise and had given up all hope of even making it in the door at Hyundai. Ed and I did eventually make it there and also walked out with a car. We are very greatfull for all the kindness and sincere effort that both Joe and Jeff did for us. Yet there is ONE SOLE PERSON that brought us back. He isnt in sales he is just a wonderfull person who works in the service dept. This man is Tommy Baugh and without him we would not have come back . He was the most willing to make conversation , inform us when our oil needed to be changed or a bad tire that needed to be fixed.
