I had a 2011 Nissan Truck to trade in and wanted a SUV to replace it. Maggie Brown not only gave me a higher trade in price ( which was the right trade in price ) but a deal I couldn't walk away from on a 2012 Nissan Rogue Loaded. I called back that evening and ask that they fill her up and clean her up and I'd pick it up in the morning after test driving. When I arrived the next morning the car was ready, we went on a long test drive and then over to Scott Draper to finish the paper work. Scott was nothing but smiles and you could tell he really loved his job. The price never changed 1 penny. WOW I have already recommended this dealership to a lot of my friends. When my family is ready to purchase another car I will not look anywhere else I will go to the dealership and let them find what I am looking for. Job well done. Paul was accomodating and great to work with. He was able to search and find the make/model/color vehicle that I initially came in for in Michigan even though it was a "hard to find". I would strongly recomm to search and find the make/model/color vehicle that I initially came in for in Michigan even though it was a "hard to find". I would strongly recommend having at least one Armada on your lot for customers to view/drive as you could have easliy lost me as a customer to Richmond where they had multiple Aramadas to look at and drive. My husband and I searched the internet for a Hybrid SUV for several weeks and came across Colonial Auto in Charlottesville, VA. My husband called the dealership on a Friday and spoke to Maggie, We live i for several weeks and came across Colonial Auto in Charlottesville, VA. My husband called the dealership on a Friday and spoke to Maggie, We live in South Carolina and informed Maggie of our interest in a Yukon Hybrid. The next morning we were off on a 5 1/2 hour trip to Charlottesville. When we arrived, Maggie greeted us with a smile (she came in on her day off to assist us) After test driving the SUV we were sold. Maggie was sweet, down to earth and made our whole experience unforgettable! We were then introduced to Van Johnson, Finance Mgr., He was genuinely friendly and funny. I am usually tense and uneasy at car dealerships but Maggie and Van treated us in a relaxed and laid back manner. My husband and I highly recommend Colonial and will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here. From the moment I entered into the Colonial Nissan Bldg. Chris greeted me and was very welcoming. It was a terribly hot day and he offered me a bottle of cold water. I explained to him some of the challenges that we may be facing in terms of credit approval but his enthusiasm was in no way dampened. He continued through with the process and paperwork. We were able to overcome the obstacles that could have been a barrier to me buying the vehicle. Scott Draper the Financial Director worked HARD to put together a package that would not be overwhelming but comfortable. These two gentleman and their collective efforts have me being a proud Nissan Rogue owner. I know business is business but I now understand when people feel a connectedness in terms of purchasing their "dream vehicle". Chris and Scott work so diligently on my behalf that I don't feel like I just purchased a vehicle but I feel like I have two new best friends. Be advised I will be contacting these best friends should anything go wrong. Colonial Nissan is blessed to have such committed and wonderful people such as these two. Sheila Burton More
We were extremely impressed with the way Bob Kemp was there for us from the time I spoke with him about trading our 2011 Nissan Rogue for a 2013 . We have never had a salesman go to such lengths to help there for us from the time I spoke with him about trading our 2011 Nissan Rogue for a 2013 . We have never had a salesman go to such lengths to help us make this deal. Bob found a car in the color we wanted and he was not just helpful, but we honestly felt like we knew him as a friend with the way he handled this deal. I have a disability and my husband has medical problems, as well, so Bob came to us instead of us having to go to the dealership at all. Bob is friendly, mannerable and is not pushy as we have found other salesman in the past. He definitely finds out his customer's needs and wishes and makes sure that they are fullfilled. Colonial is lucky to have Bob Kemp as a member of their "family". More
Had a great experience working first with Tim and later on with Van on the finance end. Got a competitive price over the internet. Tim was quick to respond to my questions. Michael was great, really made my wife and I feel comfortable during our time at the dealership. Talked to him on the phone several times before making the trip from Lewisburg WV to purchase our used comfortable during our time at the dealership. After making the deal I was disappointed in having to wait a couple hours to close the deal since I was paying cash and didn't have to finance. But Michael stayed with us during the wait and made the time pass quickley, which I feel he didn't have to do. I think he went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. I was told that a owners manual would be ordered and mailed to us but i have not received it yet. More

I was in a tough financial situation and Scott worked very hard and would not give up until he was Associate, provided outstanding customer service.
