I have been a Colonial customer for many years and recommend this dealership to my family and friends on a regular basis. 'cheesy' as some car salesmen have been pegged! He was right there to answer my questions and supported my reluctance to jump right in to a buy, yet facilitated a smooth process through the steps once I was ready. He was courteous and respectful at all times and even appreciated my strange sense of humor! Mike was a car buyers dream and is the most professional and caring salesman I have ever encountered. Our mutual love for the Steelers didn't hurt either... I came to Colonial Auto Center after looking at two other dealerships in the same day, I thought I was out of luck until I pulled into this dealership and Michael was waiting outside to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to a few cars he thought I would like. I asked many questions and he knew all of the right answers, he allowed me to look at the car myself without trying to be pushy or overbearing ( a stereotype I normally pin on Salesmen). What stood out the most to me was that I told him that this was my first big purchase, my first car, and he understood that/worked with me to get the best deal possible. I really enjoyed that he also allowed my boyfriend and I to test drive the car ourselves, this allowed us to talk about the car and drive it as if it was ours without having someone breathe down your back. Michael overall made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and literally worked up to the last second to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my first car. He continues to stay in touch regarding tags, questions and appointments to get a paint touch up, which as a customer makes me feel great that he enjoys/takes pride in his work. I always dreaded car shopping, and spent six hours at other dealerships before coming to Colonial Auto Center, where I found my car within the first 45 minutes. This pleasant shopping experience is 95% due to the dedication of Michael as a personable sales consultant, and after talking with my boyfriend we both agreed that he was one of the reasons why we felt comfortable about buying my new car that day.
