I was on the market for a car for 4 weeks before a co-worker referred me to Bob. I was already frustrated from previous dealerships and salesmen so I wasn't going to Colonial with an open mind. I was greeted by a friendly salesman (I didn't get his name) who happily and quickly found Bob for me. I didn't wait long for Bob to arrive to show me around. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and was not pushy like other salesmen I had encountered a other dealerships. He made my car shopping experience comfortable. I did eventually find a car but did not want to go over what I budgeted for. Bob was really understanding, and again, was not pushy at all. I walked away from that car but a few days later, I came back to finally purchase it. I felt comfortable paying a little over what I had planned because of the excellent customer service and knowledge of the employees there. More

Having had some negative car-buying experiences in the past, I went to Colonial Auto Center a bit skeptical and cautious. He was super to work with throughout the entire process. He introduced me to the manager, Warren Polson, who was also friendly. They both were great in working out the price and details of the sale. This was our third purchase fromColonial, all from Simona, and are very happy with our cars! Simona is fantastic. She is very helpful and will go out of her way to make her customers happy. The only negative about our experience is the wait time to sign the papers. I would suggest that Colonial hire more people to help in that department.
