I chose to work with Logan Hall at Colonial Auto Center because he was very responsive and helpful without being pushy. Many of the dealers who contacted me were calling and emailing me multiple times a day every day. This really turned me off as I wanted this process to move at my own pace. Logan did a great job of making me feel he wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me, not for his own sales records. I also worked with Scott Draper on financing and found him to be tremendously helpful. I would recommend Colonial Auto and Logan specifically to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Other dealerships showed very little interest in showing me what they had to offer. When I arrived at Colonial Bill Childress (Chili) came up to me when I first walked in. I was impressed with his willingness to find me what I wanted and his knowledge of GMC trucks. I left that afternoon with a catalog on the Sierra and returned the next morning ready to buy. When Bill spoke with Jim about finding me a vehicle Jim mention a demo they had and ask if I wanted to see it. He sent someone to get it and I brought it. I loved the truck and drove it home that evening. More

Blake Rouse answered all my questions gave me all the numbers I needed for a true out the door price. No pressure just honest answers . No gimmick pricing like all the other dealers they put $28000 on internet but then you find out you don't qualify for all incentives and price for you is $32000 .Blake gave me a very competitive trade in and Scott Draper the finance manager was excellent .I did everything over phone and internet . When we finalized the deal I made the over 2 hour trip to Charlottesville met Blake in person for first time sat down in his office saw the car meet Scott finalized financing within an hour and half I was driving my new buick home. All the figures were just as we agreed try to do that at any other dealership. This dealership has integrity and people that really care. I know where I will buy my next car . Colonial. So you can waste your time with all the Washington metro dealers or call go on internet to Colonial then take a nice drive down 28 and 29 Virginia countryside and get car you want at price you want . And when I got in my new car it had a full tank of gas ,nice. More
