1st time buyer I have never been treated so good. I was a picky customer and credit was bad but Van and Mr. Chilli did not say anything negative they kept on trying I have never been treated so good. Purchasing a Cadillac CTS Coupe on the spur of the moment My wife and I had a few hours to kill one morning, so we decided to go to Colonial to check out the latest model Cadillac SRX crossover, since we have My wife and I had a few hours to kill one morning, so we decided to go to Colonial to check out the latest model Cadillac SRX crossover, since we have one we love that is ten years old now. But on the lot was a CTS Coupe, a car I had researched thoroughly a year ago as a possible replacement for my Nissan 350ZX. Justin Powell met us and showed us around the car, allowing it to sell itself. He was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and not pushy at all. He showed us its features, allowed us a nice test drive, and answered our questions. Although we hadn't intended to buy a car that day---especially not that one---we followed our hearts (and our heads) and bought it. After the sale, Justin followed up promptly via email with some lingering issues. Basically, he made the whole experience pleasurable and painless. As for the car, it sold itself. Ken Power More

Felicia Rocks!!! After a lot of research on the 2014 GMC Sierra that I wanted, including the color, I filled out an on-line request on Colonial's website that outlined After a lot of research on the 2014 GMC Sierra that I wanted, including the color, I filled out an on-line request on Colonial's website that outlined my interests and the options I was searching, after I got home from work late evening. I received an e-mail and a call from Felicia Schultz indicating that they had received my request and wanted to review the truck I was hoping to buy. Before I got off of the phone with Felicia, she informed me that she already did the research on the truck I wanted and found one in Virginia. She then invited me to the dealership so we could fill out some preliminary paperwork to see about getting it to Colonial. When I met Felicia for the first time, she was very pleasant with a genuine smile. She also exhibited genuine interest in delivering the truck that I was looking for and invited me to test drive a 2014 Sierra that would give me an indication of how they ride and some of the features that come with the trucks. She already had two ready to drive by the time I arrived. After the test drive, I indicated that I would be extremely interested in the truck she located, especially after she showed me the options already installed on the truck. This was on a Thursday evening. Felicia made the delivery happen on Friday early enough to deliver to truck to me Friday evening. I've had the truck for a little over a week now and absolutely love it! This was by far, the best experience I've had with sales and finance (thanks to Scott Draper who we already knew when he sold my wife her 2011 GMC Terrain). Thank you Colonial, for the expertise, friendliness and trustworthy team you put together in Felicia and Scott! For my next purchase, I will begin with Colonial rather than go anywhere else. It would be in your best interest to make sure these two employees are retained! :-) More

Last week I retu I have been doing business with Colonial Motors for 15 years and have always had positive experiences as far as leasing and service. Last week I returned a leased car and leased a new Encore. Mr. Childress was very patient with me and spent several hours helping me to select an auto and flawlessly making the return of the first leased vehicle and leasing of the new vehicle a worry free experience for me. He spent a good deal of time explaining and demonstrating features of the car and since I am technically challenged, he exercised exceptional patience and good humor.
