They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable,and friendly. They did not push us in any one direction but rather answered our questions, allowed us to take the time we needed to make our decision, yet provided their help as needed. We had visited several dealerships that were only interested in getting us to sign a contract as quickly as possible for whatever they had on their lot. Colonial was interested in helping us to find the right vehicle for our needs and they helped us throughout the process. As a result we are very happy with our choice. We were extremely pleased with our salesman, Sam Poticha, who was the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and courteous sales representative we met in any of the dealerships we visited. "Courage To Buy The Car I Wanted" I'm a Mom and a long time mini van driver. After making the last payment on my van, passing inspection, filling it with gas, and having it detailed, m I'm a Mom and a long time mini van driver. After making the last payment on my van, passing inspection, filling it with gas, and having it detailed, my van was totaled by a deer. Really!!! My wonderful husband said, "take that insurance $ and buy that Mini you've always wanted. I searched for nearly 2 weeks, looking for the right one. It was getting down to the time my rental was due back, I had to make a decision. I picked to one at Colonial Auto because they offered a 100,000 mile/2 year warranty for free with the vehicle. I called to check the Mini was still on the lot and spoke with Michael Gazdik. I wanted to drive it the following day. That was Michael's day off, he came in on his day off so I could drive the car. Thanks! I thought it was an automatic, when I opened the door and saw the stick, I said "that's a manual, I haven't driven a manual in 20 years." Michael looked at me with a little smile, wanna try? I thought if he has the courage to get in the car with me, then I need the courage to try. It came back like riding a bike, and so fun!!! I was sold. Colonial Auto worked with on the price, and my first car buying experience was the best. More

We were just stopping by to see what was available My husband and I were on our way to another dealership out of town to buy a car we found on carfax. We were just stopping by to see what was available near our lunch stop, however Bob Kemp was able to find us a car that was 100% better for us in every aspect. He was attentive to our needs (specifications, time frame needed, budget) and was not only able to find us a car better suited for our needs butalso catered to our busy work schedule and bring the car to us since it was unable to drive off the lot that day due to detailing and servicing. I would recommend Bob to any person needing to buy a new car. He made it painless which apparently buying a new car is supposed to be painful but I would never know thanks to him! More
