Took my vehicle in for service only to be told I need a AC c My Infiniti QX56 was brought in for a check for low Freon, I was charged for refilling the Freon in my vehicle and told that it was fixed. 5 Weeks lat My Infiniti QX56 was brought in for a check for low Freon, I was charged for refilling the Freon in my vehicle and told that it was fixed. 5 Weeks later and some 28 miles later I'm told that I need a new AC compressor. Why wasn't I told that at the beginning before charging me for something that it wasn't? They are Rip off's in that repair shop!!!! Coincidentallymy daughter went there to have her vehicle looked at and was told that she needed a complete tune up, only problem is the car has already had a complete tune up at 80,341 miles and it was done by Saab, the car has 80,962 miles on it. It was time for a oil change is why the service engine light came on. Warning: stay away unless you want to get ripped off!!!!! More

The deal was exactly as it was stated and the car was delivered exactly as we wanted it with no surprises. This made for an extremely easy and stress-free transaction. Great Nissan Rogue Purchase Bob Kemp was a great salesman without being the pushy salesman of old. He spent time with us during our first visit and walked us all around looking at multiple vehicles even though we clearly told him that first night we were not purchasing a vehicle that day. He let me know that we could call or email ahead and he would get a test drive set up for us. When we went back a couple of days later he was informative and helped me understand all of the gidgets and gadgets that were included in the 2016 Rogue SV premium package. The test drive was informative as well, Bob had me do some parking and backing up to show the back up camera and the 360 degree view of the entire car during that process. The negotiating stage was shorter than usual with the offer and final deal being an outstanding deal for us. Bob made the car buying experience exciting and fun! More
