Great Nissan Rogue Purchase Bob Kemp was a great salesman without being the pushy salesman of old. He let me know that we could call or email ahead and he would get a test drive set up for us. When we went back a couple of days later he was informative and helped me understand all of the gidgets and gadgets that were included in the 2016 Rogue SV premium package. The test drive was informative as well, Bob had me do some parking and backing up to show the back up camera and the 360 degree view of the entire car during that process. The negotiating stage was shorter than usual with the offer and final deal being an outstanding deal for us. Bob made the car buying experience exciting and fun! More

Above and beyond I had a small dent on the side of my Rouge and assumed that the “Paint less Dent Repair Protection Plan” that was purchased when I bought the Rouge wo I had a small dent on the side of my Rouge and assumed that the “Paint less Dent Repair Protection Plan” that was purchased when I bought the Rouge would cover the repair. Called the plan administrator and they denied coverage; stating that they would not cover damage that exceeded four inches in length and that included any depression that is a result of initial dent. I then went to the dealer and spoke with Scott Draper seeking clarification; he explained what I missed in the contract. Mr. Draper then surprised me by taking ownership of the problem; He said that he would have the body shop work out the dent at no cost to me He also loaner vehicle at no cost. This exceptional customer service is something that I have never experienced in a car dealership other than Colonial Nissan. When time comes to purchase another, I plan to do it at Colonial Nissan. More
