I sincerely appreciate all of the dedicated time he spent with me over the last two weeks. He made the daunting task of buying a car something that most folks could only dream about. No pressure, no hassle, he was nothing but calm and patient, going above and beyond with the level of customer service and customer satisfaction. The wonderful service didn't stop with Robert. The initial experience I had with Jim Childress and the final deal made with Scott Draper are also to be commended. Everyone was so professional and made the process as painless as could be. While negotiating a deal is typically a dreadful experience, in this case the Colonial team made it as pleasant and easy as possible. I received an outstanding offer for my trade and the deal made was very fair. I never thought I would consider a Nissan Rogue. And to be honest, there were other vehicles not sold by Colonial that had initially caught my eye. But because of the outstanding service and commitment to customers I felt compelled to work with Colonial. I couldn't be more excited as I know I made a great decision. One part that especially stood out for me is that through each step of the process I always felt like a valued customer. With each interaction I always felt that all of the staff were genuinely concerned with ensuring my complete satisfaction. It's rare to experience this in the car industry these days. Painless Chili helped me through my first car purchase. Although I had no intentions of purchasing when I arrived but after seeing a reasonable price being off Chili helped me through my first car purchase. Although I had no intentions of purchasing when I arrived but after seeing a reasonable price being offered for my specific car, I was pleased to come to an excellent deal after a couple short rounds of negotiations. Chili was friendly and had a no-pressure sales pitch. Likewise, Levi (finance person) was easy to work with and worked out all the details in about an hour. The whole process from arrival to purchase took about 4 hours because of the negotiations, test driving, and talking. I never felt pressured for a decision, but Chili worked hard to get me a deal that fit my budget. More
