It was prices right ,it was in excellent condition. The service dept found a couple of things wrong, but it was fixed right away. The mechanic did a wonderful job, he explained everything to us very clear. Mike our sales person was kind and very helpful. This place is like a family and treated us the same. This was the best experience we have ever have at a car dealership. The detail crew was awesome the truck was so pretty. It was very clean and it shined. Excellent job. ABSOLUTELY NO PUSHY SALES PERSONAL. We will be back to purchase another car in about 5 years. We highly recommend this dealership. More

Excellent Service Having not used this service center before, I was a little nervous having my Buick Lacrosse towed there after it broke down about 5 miles away. Withi Having not used this service center before, I was a little nervous having my Buick Lacrosse towed there after it broke down about 5 miles away. Within minutes of me arriving, the service department already had my car on the machine to see what the issue was. It was Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. I was sure whatever they found would not be fixed until Monday. About 20 minutes later, one of the staff advised me what the problem, was, how much the repairs would be and that they would start working on it right then, assuring me I did not need a rental car for the weekend. I even asked if they could add an oil change in to what was being done. In about an hour, my car was ready. Everyone I encountered at Colonial was friendly and welcoming. This will be where I have all of my service done going forward. More

No pressure, no hassle, he was nothing but calm and patient, going above and beyond with the level of customer service and customer satisfaction. The wonderful service didn't stop with Robert. The initial experience I had with Jim Childress and the final deal made with Scott Draper are also to be commended. Everyone was so professional and made the process as painless as could be. While negotiating a deal is typically a dreadful experience, in this case the Colonial team made it as pleasant and easy as possible. I received an outstanding offer for my trade and the deal made was very fair. I never thought I would consider a Nissan Rogue. And to be honest, there were other vehicles not sold by Colonial that had initially caught my eye. But because of the outstanding service and commitment to customers I felt compelled to work with Colonial. I couldn't be more excited as I know I made a great decision. One part that especially stood out for me is that through each step of the process I always felt like a valued customer. Painless Chili helped me through my first car purchase. Although I had no intentions of purchasing when I arrived but after seeing a reasonable price being off Chili helped me through my first car purchase. Although I had no intentions of purchasing when I arrived but after seeing a reasonable price being offered for my specific car, I was pleased to come to an excellent deal after a couple short rounds of negotiations. Chili was friendly and had a no-pressure sales pitch. Likewise, Levi (finance person) was easy to work with and worked out all the details in about an hour. The whole process from arrival to purchase took about 4 hours because of the negotiations, test driving, and talking. I never felt pressured for a decision, but Chili worked hard to get me a deal that fit my budget. More
