Simona was very knowledgeable and detail oriented, explaining the features of the vehicle, the purchase process and even made a call to COSTCO to get us registered for a gift card. These are just a few of the things she did that were WAY beyond our expectation. Jim Childress and Jim Blake were the best in working our deal. We felt very confident in the figures Jim C. worked up and the trade-in that Jim B. offered. And Scott was awesome! He handled all of the financial arrangements and found the best rate for us to include setting us up with a credit union that offered a lower rate that the bank and credit union we currently use. He explained all of the contracts available in detail and answered all of our questions so we were confident in the decisions we made. I highly recommend this team of professionals and can't say enough about how satisfied we are and so thankful that we shopped at Colonial. More

Outstanding!!! I had been looking for a CPO Nissan Sentra for several weeks. During my search, I would email dealers and ask for their "out the door" price, prior t I had been looking for a CPO Nissan Sentra for several weeks. During my search, I would email dealers and ask for their "out the door" price, prior to my visiting the site. As the normal, there is great hesitancy to do this from the dealers. It also became quite evident that advertised prices were not the price you were going to pay given all of the hidden fees (e.g., $1500 reconditioning fees). Living more than an hour and a half from Colonial, I was hesitant when I contacted them letting them know my interest and asking for the "out the door" price. To my pleasant surprise, Lucas Hald provided the information both in writing and via phone within just a few minutes. I drove the hour and a half to Colonial on Friday after work to see the vehicle. On the way, Lucas called to let me know he had to be away for a few minutes and Paul Limbacher would meet me with the keys so I could take it for a "long" test drive and check things out. As promised, when I arrived, Paul was waiting for me. He quickly set things up and off we went for a test drive. Shortly after we returned, Lucas arrived and we began the "negotiation". Not much to negotiate really. It was already a great deal and met exactly what I was looking for. The only hesitancy was on my part in actually deciding to buy a "spare" vehicle. Lucas was patient and didn't pressure me in any way. There was also no pressure to add extras (e.g., protection packages, extended warranty, etc.). Since I already knew I would finance through my credit union since I was getting a phenomenal rate, Colonial had no issues with my paying a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could return with full payment. They even offered to put dealer plates on the car and let me take it home until I could return. When I returned to Colonial on Monday evening with the full payment, I was met at the door and treated like a part of the team. Lucas took care of the CPO warranty paperwork and after a short wait handed me off to the Business Manager, Levi Clark. Once again, things were handled smoothly and professionally with no pressure to add any extras. Levi simply asked if I was interested in any extended warranty. When I replied no, we moved on to the required processing. This was also a quick process. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a dealer....Outstanding!!! I will visit once again when I am looking for another vehicle. More
