My annual visit I went for my yearly inspection sticker and oil change. Friendly employees and great service! I took my XT5 in at 10:00 am for maintenance service. My usual service advisor was on vacation and I had the pleasure of meeting Chan Moore. I found I took my XT5 in at 10:00 am for maintenance service. My usual service advisor was on vacation and I had the pleasure of meeting Chan Moore. I found Chan to be polite and courteous and friendly. I had planned to get a ride home and be picked up around 1:30 pm. However, there was a delay in transportation service and after an hour of waiting, I suggested to Chan that I'd be willing to continue waiting if my vehicle could be ready in a reasonable amount of time. Chan apologized for the wait and "got the ball rolling" and my vehicle was ready shortly thereafter. This service really didn't take much more time than the time it would've taken to transport me home and picked up later. As I was about to leave, Chan again thanked me for my patience and I thanked her for being helpful. It's the first time I've met Chan and, in addition to having the above mentioned pleasant personal qualities, she was very efficient and looked out for me. I believe she is a good fit for Colonial Auto Center! . More
