Service as usual I have a 2001 Mercury grand Marquis LS that is on it’s last leg. They have done a good job of keeping it on its legs. Service is always very friendly I have a 2001 Mercury grand Marquis LS that is on it’s last leg. They have done a good job of keeping it on its legs. Service is always very friendly cordial and responsive. My only beef with them is they don’t start work on my car until much later in the day. Despite me calling three days earlier for an appointment and having the Car there at 0730. And they are usually a half an hour to one hour late on the estimate of when it is ready. Leaving me more wait time at the end of my workday. Otherwise I could’ve given a higher rating. More
