Work was done on my car that I didn't authorize and was charged for. I brought my car in for a 90,000-mile checkup and had some recommended service items to be done. All the work that I asked to have done charged for. I brought my car in for a 90,000-mile checkup and had some recommended service items to be done. All the work that I asked to have done was done, but the oil was changed in my car, and I didn't authorize it because the oil and filter were just changed on the 17th of January, and there were only 228 miles on the car when I brought it in. Thus, I was charged for this oil and filter change I did not want or need. When picking up the car, the plastic cover was still on the seat, and the tag for the repair order and paper floor mat were on the floor. These should have been removed. More
