Service Dept Personnel rude and unaccompanied. Received text to call. Told car was ready, ooops no it wasn’t. Jose says they’re sending a driver to get me. By that time it was 6:00 and I called ba Received text to call. Told car was ready, ooops no it wasn’t. Jose says they’re sending a driver to get me. By that time it was 6:00 and I called back very agitated. They finally sent a uber to get me and take me to the dealership where Jose puts the paperwork on the desk rudley say sign here and hands me a sheet that gives me an estimate of repairs and says the red blocks need attention. Hands me my keys and says your cars over there. I wouldn’t recommend you to a soul. More

I had to have a warranty covered remove and replace of the air conditioning system that required a major removal of other components that required several days in the shop. I was given a dealer loaner v the air conditioning system that required a major removal of other components that required several days in the shop. I was given a dealer loaner vehicle for the entire repair period. During the repair Jose kept me informed of the status kept updating me on the expected date of completion. Excellent and professional job.! More
