Disappointed. Disappointed in the communication on what was being done and time frame Disappointed that car was returned, as promised on flatbed, but “Low Fuel Disappointed in the communication on what was being done and time frame Disappointed that car was returned, as promised on flatbed, but “Low Fuel” light on (had to put gas in to test drive) and that the car had not been cleaned inside: sticky something on dashboard, makeshift cardboard floor mat we had put in because the driver’s side floor mat was missing was there, not vacuumed, seats, arm rest and center console were dirty. Also there is a huge problem with proper mileage reporting!! On your paperwork it says 60,628. I took photo of dashboard. Mileage is 60,531! Car sounded normal, had to gas up to test, hopefully it will be wonderful from now on. Lyle was very pleasant and kind to listen to my complaints. I’m just glad to have car here in good running condition. More
