Very frustrating Took my truck in for service and also asked to have knob that was loose looked at. Was on premises looking at vehicles for my wife and told them to ca Took my truck in for service and also asked to have knob that was loose looked at. Was on premises looking at vehicles for my wife and told them to call with any questions/problems. Came back 2 1/2 hours later to pick up truck and talked with advisor and was told everything was done. When I went out to truck there was a note from tech saying front suspension needs service and knob was still loose. No one called while it was there and nothing was mentioned when I talked with adviser or when paying at cashier window. Now I need to make ANOTHER appointment and wait again when it could have been done on ONE VISIT. Not very happy with this visit. Cody was the one who I called to make appointment but, I don't remember who the lady was who exactly waited on me, no name tag. More
Didn't solve problem windshield wipers stop during driving....doesn't happen all the time., it even happened on the way home. Very disappointed.....upset. xxxx shame. Friendly, Fair and Fast I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment but was served immediately by Cody. It didn't take long for Cody to get what he needed so I settle I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment but was served immediately by Cody. It didn't take long for Cody to get what he needed so I settled in with a complementary donut and coffee and began to read the newspaper I brought along. About an hour later, Cody came by to let me know the service to my Kia was completed. From that point, within 10 minutes i had paid my bill and was on the was home. It's just that easy!! More

Worst car buying, service department, customer service experience ever. Purchased a used X5 pushed through online Ford store. Had check engine light same night leaving dealership. When I was told to bring experience ever. Purchased a used X5 pushed through online Ford store. Had check engine light same night leaving dealership. When I was told to bring vehicle for service was sent to Chevy store for repairs. Chevy had no record of my purchase and sent back to Ford store. Ford had no record of my service appointment. After a week was told to pickup car. No sooner did I leave their lot, check engine light appeared. Vehicle was sent to local BMW shop to be serviced. Received car back 23 days later and shortly after had check engine light again. Second time they had me send the car to a BMW dealer (because they BMW couldn't fix the issue) and C Harper didn't want to cover second repair bill. Out of 63 days of ownership, I had the car 9 days in my possession. No way would I recommend the dealership for sales, repairs, or customer service. You will not get what you deserve at this location. More
