1/2 hour service took over 2 1/2 hours Was called two days ahead of service date and instructed to arrive on time by service department. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled service and advi Was called two days ahead of service date and instructed to arrive on time by service department. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled service and advised rep. that I would wait for vehicle as service was only to take half an hour. Was not told that they were short of techs or that it would be a long wait. After an hour and a half, I noticed my car still waiting and inquired what was going on. The car was then moved to the service area. An hour later, I went to check on progress and the service rep went and got my vehicle as it was done. After complaining, I was advised that a Tech.'s mother had died and the funeral service was that day. Surely, he would have taken the day off earlier in the week and it was not a surprise that he would be off. WOULD HAVE GREATLY APPRECIATED A CALL ADVISING OF THE EXCESSIVE WAIT TIME AND GIVEN OPTIONS. Many others were upset about the long wait. More

Recall Brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for a recall for a computer upgrade. Asked if they could do an all wheel alignment and check my oil too while I was the Brought my 2013 Kia Sorento in for a recall for a computer upgrade. Asked if they could do an all wheel alignment and check my oil too while I was there. I ended up having a burned out parking light that they replaced for me. They did all 4 things in 90 minutes. Cody was the guy working the desk and he was so helpful and professional. I'll be honest...I used to dread bringing my vehicles in when I had to use their service on the other side of Rte 51. I'd be there for hours just for an inspection or an oil change, so I started taking my vehicles to a local garage/mechanic instead. The KIA service center also has the best donuts for their customers !!! I'll be back...will probably be trading in soon and I love this KIA, so I know I'll buy another...from cHarper, of course !!! More
