3 HOURS FOR INSPECTION AND OIL CHANGE ☹ When I arrived at 1:50 pm for my 2pm appointment Cody, my service representative, informed me that the service bays were full and he would get to my v When I arrived at 1:50 pm for my 2pm appointment Cody, my service representative, informed me that the service bays were full and he would get to my vehicle as soon as possible. He stated I should be finished in 1 hour and 30 minutes. At 4pm he came out to the waiting area and told me they are plugging away on my car. The waiting area was full of people. Approximately 20 people. I do not blame Cody he was polite and apologetic. C Harper did not have enough mechanics to handle the appointments they scheduled. Most people were talking how they were discussed with the long wait times. My vehicle needed no additional work other than what was scheduled. I left there at 5 pm. Cody was nice and even offered to wash my car. If there moto is, its just that easy, then provide a good service experience after the sale! More
