State inspection and sunroof problem I rate 5 stars because Kari tried so hard, BUT the experience was absurd. The Diagnosis methodology used by the service dept is juvenile. They couldn’t locate the problem immediately and so assumed there was no problem. No in depth diagnostics were performed until I started complaining. They really wasted my time. More

Professional, Courteous, Helpful I believe the young ladies name was Kari (sic), she not only insured my appointment was on time and I was to receive the service I had requested, but I believe the young ladies name was Kari (sic), she not only insured my appointment was on time and I was to receive the service I had requested, but she also looked into the history of my vehicle and recommended a service that should have been performed at an earlier date. Great service My 2012 Ford Focus had to be towed in due to a known transmission issue. The service department did a great job listening to me explain the issues I w My 2012 Ford Focus had to be towed in due to a known transmission issue. The service department did a great job listening to me explain the issues I was having with the car. The were able to quickly diagnosis and repair the transmission which was still covered under warranty. They also took care of a recent recall that I wasn’t even aware of. Everyone in the service department was really nice and the process was very easy. They explained everything well and answered all of my questions. This was my first experience at C. Harper and I’m sure I’ll be back. Thanks for the great service! More
