Engine light on My car was brought in because the engine light was on. First it took a week to even get an appointment. Once I got there at 2:30,my car was still not My car was brought in because the engine light was on. First it took a week to even get an appointment. Once I got there at 2:30,my car was still not done at 4:30. Finally around 5:30-6pm it was finished. Vague information was given other then it is a possible turbo issue, Wire could be loose or a part needs replaced. When asked for more information it was unable to be given. Did not have any price for parts, was told someone would call me the next day. Waited all day for a call. Finally I called 3 times before I got a call back And was given a price of over $1,700 for a new turbo and 6hrs for labor. When asked about it being just a minor issue such as a wire loose as stated day before. He said no the turbo needed replaced. Called back a little after 4pm to find out if my car was still under warranty and Joyce was gone for the day and no one was able to give me the information. Never did recover a call the following day as requested. Only having one person responsible for knowing if a car is under warranty is ridiculous. I took it to another shop and the car was checked thoroughly and noted my oil was 2 quartz low. Turbo was assessed and no issue was actually found. A test drive was also completed due to having no issues with the way the car was driving. For the amount of time you had my car in the back being ”looked at” more information should of been provided to me at time of pick up. My oil should of been changed and noted it was low. I was looking at new cars and feel that had a very big part in giving accurate information on my car. I've had many bad experiences with your service department and I wish I would of written reviews for each. This was the last straw and I WILL NEVER use your service department again. More
Misleading and unprofessional My original appointment time was over booked. I was called and asked to switch my time. When I arrived I was told it would take 45 min to change my oi My original appointment time was over booked. I was called and asked to switch my time. When I arrived I was told it would take 45 min to change my oil and rotate my tires. An hour and 45 min later my truck was done. However, my tires were not rotated. I usually mark my tires so I can follow the direction that they have been rotated. I had three pieces of signed papers stating that my tires were rotated. I call the dealership out on it and received a bunch of apologies and a coupon to come back for an oil change. I was very disappointed because i like to have confidence in the dealership I take my vehicle to. My rear tires were more worn and needed rotated to the front. I do a lot of towing and if it was not for marking my tires I wouldn’t not have noticed that service wasn’t being performed. The entire experience was disappointing and left me feeling that sub par work is being completed. Just imagine how many tires rotations were paid for and not complete. More

Service on my Kia I would like to thank C Harper Kia service center for a job well done. We went on Vacation the week of July 7th thru the 14th. We rented a car from En I would like to thank C Harper Kia service center for a job well done. We went on Vacation the week of July 7th thru the 14th. We rented a car from Enterprise on your location. And stopped into the service center to see if there was any way they could look at our car while we were gone. They got it in on Thursday and had 2 of the 3 issues we were having fixed and ready for pickup on Monday. When we arrived to pick up the car we were surprised to hear that our warranty had picked up 2 of the issues we were having and that it was going to be less then what we originally were told. We talked with Cody found out that the other part was not covered by our warranty. He also told us the part that needs changed to fix our check engine light and how much it will cost. overall I give you guys 10 for getting the job done in a friendly and timely manner.
