Slow and Incomplete Dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment at 12:30 this past Friday for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Seems as though because I di Dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment at 12:30 this past Friday for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Seems as though because I didn’t sit and wait for my car while it was worked on that they did not service my car until the end of the day and were unable to complete my entire service package. They then had the nerve to ask to keep my car overnight in order to finish in the morning. My car was there that day because I need my car every other day and my husband and I work opposite schedules. So I agreed that I would forgo the alignment and come get my car. Arrived 10 minutes after I received the call From the service center and no one had a clue where the car was, who had the keys, where we should pay, or where the car was. Everyone wanted to push it onto someone else since it was a Friday and they all wanted to leave. I’m not sure how I have a SCHEDULED 12:30 appointment for such small maintenance and it can’t be completed by 5PM. Utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism and care for the customer. More

Highly disorganized It took 2 hours for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They had to redo my bill because they charged me for the oil change and it was the first one for my vehicle which I bought from Harper Kia. However, other customers dealing with Ford came and went quickly. Only after about an hour and a half did Coty come to tell me that they were just doing the emissions test. More

overly tightened lug nuts Went to rotate my tires a week and a half ago. Could not budge the lug nuts. Torque wrench went to 140. Stood on a breaker bar, 180lbs, not luck. Left message with operator because service managers were busy, said they would contact me. Called back on Thursday since no one returned my call. Got an appointment. Service manager said my lug nuts may be swelled up. Tech loosened them up. Lug nuts not swelled. Would have been nice to have a tire rotation comped (lugs were all ready loose) since I lost a half hour of my day through no fault of my own. More
