No one has gotten back to me!! Warranty person took pictures of shoddy craftsmanship on 2018 Ford Edge; said it was covered under warranty and hasn't gotten back to me yet! Didn't fix problem Lock out hub was frozen and I didn't want to chew up plastic with pliers . They needed to be taken apart and cleaned up. Reoccurring low voltage 2016 F-150 I had a reoccurring low voltage problem with my 2016 F-150. This problem occurred in Corolla Beach NC where Elizabeth City Ford noted as a loose batte I had a reoccurring low voltage problem with my 2016 F-150. This problem occurred in Corolla Beach NC where Elizabeth City Ford noted as a loose battery terminal contact. After this repair I thought the problem was resolved and drove the truck another 1200 miles before it occurred again. This issue for the second time left me stranded along I-70 at New Stanton PA. The truck was towed to C-Harper Ford in Belle Vernon. It was there for four days and the tech noted the same problem. I disputed the finding with the service manager. The service manager wanted me to leave the truck there but I refused because it was at this dealership for four days and little was done. I decided to purchase a new battery from the dealership at the cost of $200.00 and installed it myself. I believe the issues were related to the battery but only time will tell. Since the dealership did little to resolve this issue I am taking it upon myself to see what happens. I am dissatisfied with the service and lengthy delay in working on my vehicle. The truck was purchased from C-Harper Ford but I will think twice before purchasing or servicing there in the future. Sincerely disappointed Jeff Fitch More
