The entire service process was seamless. I received a call indicating that I had reached 5000 miles and was able to schedule the appointment for the following day. When I arrived I was met by a service s call indicating that I had reached 5000 miles and was able to schedule the appointment for the following day. When I arrived I was met by a service specialist that went over what would be done and approximate wait time. The wait time was very short less than 30 minutes. The service specialist went over the service details and walked me to where the car was parked. More
