Was surprised to learn of Byers participation in research projects and enjoyed the opportunity to help Byers and Toyota International in their ongoing efforts to study and improve upon their products. Pam projects and enjoyed the opportunity to help Byers and Toyota International in their ongoing efforts to study and improve upon their products. Pam and Tara made me feel comfortable and appreciated. It was a pleasurable experience! In addition, the service department performed an inspection and found a battery problem, which they resolved by installing a new battery. I was glad they took care of this problem now instead of our finding a dead battery on the way out this winter. More
