Would not fulfill a warranty claim that they were unable to fix before the pandemic. Ordered the part, then said it was outside of the warranty (it wasn’t when it was ordered and due to the pandemic, I was to fix before the pandemic. The sales staff was great the day we bought our RAV4 . Carson our salesman was supposed to order mud flaps and door guards they were going to put on. Three weeks later we have not heard from them. We call Carson our salesman was supposed to order mud flaps and door guards they were going to put on. Three weeks later we have not heard from them. We called the dealer and found out nothing was ordered. The service department said it would only take a day or two to get in. Not very impressed with the follow up after sale. More
