Troy spent very little time with me. He also had another customer that got all of his time while I sat in the middle chairs. I offered to reschedule my appointment since he was busy but He also had another customer that got all of his time while I sat in the middle chairs. I offered to reschedule my appointment since he was busy but he said to just wait. I also must say that I scheduled the visit via email and said I was coming to the dealership immediately. Troy was going on vacation the next day. I really felt overlooked and under appreciated by Troy. This was the second new Toyota I purchased from Byers and Troy and I think I deserved much more time and focus than I received. I will probably not use Troy in the future. I guess loyalty matters little. More
