First of all, they have not ordered the right car for me and they didn’t know what features Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid has. I have ti research on my own and find out the existing features. I wish they knew bett and they didn’t know what features Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid has. I have ti research on my own and find out the existing features. I wish they knew better about a vehicle thar they trying to sell. I didn’t have great experience with service today. But eventually i had to use my own brain to point out the issue. So that they were able to fix it. I am not happy with finance either. My check still didn’t come for collection yet. In the end i am not happy with Toyota Rav4 build quality either. The mirrors and hood rattles when i go on highways. I am going to do a youtube video on how bad the toyota build quality is. I wish i knew this before about the bad build quality of the Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. I waited 14 years to buy a Toyota snd they deeply disappointed me. More

Calvin and his manager jeff were amazing. I was about an hour away frim the dealer. All the negotiation was done online and over the phone. No one was pushy about selling anything extra. This will be my dealer i go to from now on. Calvin called us out to look at the truck when it was cleaned up. He said you have to come out and see this. I returned Vicky’s call to set up my service and never received a call back. I had to call a few times to get ahold of her. Once I got my car in and waited for an hour and forty-five minutes I went ba received a call back. I had to call a few times to get ahold of her.
