Stressful Went in to buy a new Rav the one we bault broke down within 24 hours took it back got a terrible loaner car that stunk so bad.they replaced the fueler Went in to buy a new Rav the one we bault broke down within 24 hours took it back got a terrible loaner car that stunk so bad.they replaced the fueler neck and that dident fix it so back to the dealership they said they had to order a fuel tank and they gave me a different loaner still have no idea what was wrong with the suv so they ordered me a new suv identical to the one we bault although this experience was a night mare we realize it was not there fault and they gave us a good deal I would think something more could of been done for us having to go there and deal with this on a brand new suv. More

Average service center. Nothing special. Took the truck in for an issue. Was told they couldn’t replicate the issue so they didn’t do anything. Have multiple videos showing t Nothing special. Was told I could schedule another time to drive one of their techs around so they could witness it. Also had some insurance work done. Told them up from insurance was paying for the damage. Get called back and told the work is done but I can’t have my truck until the insurance company pays for the work. Minor panic. That would have been nice to know... More

When I brought it to Byers for service, Gynnae determined that it was eligible for the underspray treatment for the frame corrosion recall and put me on the list. When my turn came, Becky contacted me and scheduled service. When I arrived, the rental (a very nice Camry) was ready for me, and the work was completed sooner than I expected.
