Three times they have charged for (tried to) automatic transmission service on a car with no automatic transmission. One time have charged for parts not installed. They are also inflating hours and charging Toyota for warranty work not performed. Each time the service work was performed with a smile. My concerns were address with genuine remorse after I caught them “dealing” me. More
