Appreciate the extra effort !! An unresolved issue on our 2019 Camry from 1-20-2020 was Identified and repaired on 6-22-2020 thanks to the service advisor patience and to the extra An unresolved issue on our 2019 Camry from 1-20-2020 was Identified and repaired on 6-22-2020 thanks to the service advisor patience and to the extra effort by the Technician Jeffery Vaughan to listen when I returned with the car so the noise I was hearing could be heard. Jeffery took the time to listen and with his knowledge was able to Identify the possible issue and made a repair. This appears to have resolved the noise issue and also a possible water issue that could have caused other issues with the health of the environment with in the car. SPECIAL THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY CONCERNS AND BEING ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE. Larry J Davis More
