First appointment needed an oil change and had a problem with screen turning black when I went through overpasses. Appointment took about 40 minutes and they could not find the problem at all. Called them 3 with screen turning black when I went through overpasses. Appointment took about 40 minutes and they could not find the problem at all. Called them 3 days later as problem still there. Came back following week and they experienced the problem I was having! So they updated the software and told me if it happens any more, the unit would need to be replaced.This appointment took 4.5 hours. Few days later, same issue so called once again and was told it sounds like the head unit needs to be replaced. Made an appointment for a month later when I had my next day off. This time, once again they checked about updating the software but there were no updates. ( I knew there weren’t as they did that last time!) Then they proceeded to tell me that I would need to come back as they have to order the head unit and that would take a month! I was not happy! I thought they had ordered it after my second appointment when I made the 3rd appointment and they said it would need to be replaced. The next time I have to take a day off work for them. As this is my only car, I stay there while they fix it. My other mechanic for my previous car gave me loaner cars for free to use! Here they expect you to pay for rental cars! Anyhow, the positive is that the people are friendly and you get a text from the person working on your car. But I have been there every single day off and at length too. Perhaps since the car is still under warranty that makes a difference. More
