Everyone was nice but there was no sense of urgency. I expected trade in value to already be worked up by the time i was back from test drive. It might be from Covid reasons, but we spent over 4 hours clo expected trade in value to already be worked up by the time i was back from test drive. It might be from Covid reasons, but we spent over 4 hours closing a deal and drove 2 hours to away. I noticed a big gouge in tire before we drove off. They didn't have a tire to replace, but said they would replace it, however I have to make a 4 hour round trip again (nearly impossible to find the time) to get it fixed. More
