Tim Bidwell and the staff at Byers Toyota Delaware made our car buying experience exceptionally great. This was our second purchase from Byers. We were not rushed and Tim spent considerable time with us bo our car buying experience exceptionally great. This was our second purchase from Byers. We were not rushed and Tim spent considerable time with us both in deciding our SUV choice and going over the features of the SUV upon delivery. He made himself available to answer questions after the sale. The price was the best in the Central Ohio area. The dealership was clean and they followed proper Covid-19 precautions. This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had a few being over 50 years old. Troy Synder was great! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with all my questions had, and I've had a few being over 50 years old. Troy Synder was great! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with all my questions and concerns. He really seemed to put himself in my shoes. The entire process was extremely quick and painless and the best part- no pressure or upsales in the finance office either. One of the worst experience I've ever had was at a well know Toyota dealership near Brice Rd. Never again! Troy at Buyers will be the first person I go to the next time my family needs a new set of wheels. Thanks Troy! More
