I find Gynnae to be very informative and knowledgeable and truly sincere-an asset to Toyota. Car typically gets taken in right away-sometimes i find the wait time a little extensive-I had 2 visits this m and truly sincere-an asset to Toyota. Really wish we could change that tv channel-that loop gets a little old sitting there for 2 hours:) More
