The sales reps were very good. Tyler was ill and Taylor stepped in for him just as if he had been dealing with me the entire time, very professional. There were a few things with the car that should have been taken care of. It was missing a tire cap. The tires were under pressure and the first stop I had to make was to put air in them. There is a floor mat missing in the back. There were some nicks and dings that should have been pointed out, but I'm sure you would say that's my responsibility. You really need to streamline the finance portion. I was about 5 minutes from walking out. All in all I'm satisfied with the car so far, it has gotten me where I needed to be. More
