Heater system check I really like the service Dan has great customer service but when the service people work on my Subaru they leave dirty finger prints and foot prints I really like the service Dan has great customer service but when the service people work on my Subaru they leave dirty finger prints and foot prints in my vehicle. I just had Subaru detail it for me and they left foot prints on my floor by the door. Please let them know to clean up after themselves after the service is complete Thank you Laura More

From listening to our concerns and questions, to showing us the issues in detail. Matt took the time to show us the areas of concern on our Subaru then made repairs using his many years of expertise with Subaru. With us coming from out of town, Dan made sure we had a vehicle to use. His pleasant nature and sincere concern gave us the reassurance that we were in the right place. He was efficient in keeping us up to date on the repair progress. He made us feel as though we were the only Subaru customers in Butte!. And finally, but not less, Don, visiting with us and being there as support for the Subaru team and us the customer! THANK YOU!! More

Paid $100 For Nothing!! Bought a new Subaru OEM battery for my wife’s Forester. I had the ECM powered off for about 24 hrs while I charged the new battery. I know that some Bought a new Subaru OEM battery for my wife’s Forester. I had the ECM powered off for about 24 hrs while I charged the new battery. I know that some things need to be re-learned by the ECM after an event like this and all went well, except the engine idle speed was way too low. I got a check engine light so I took it to Butte Subaru and they got me right in (that was nice!). After an hour in the waiting room I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the problem and that the ECM control of idle speed was something that only the ECM could control. Also, I was told there was no ECM re-flash and calibration available and that a new ECM would cost $1200 (Wow!!) They did recommend a $160 fuel system and injector clean. The service manager also told me I should get new spark plugs, that the drive belts looked rough, and the transmission fluid looked dirty (I did not ask them to look at those items)!! I paid them $100 and left with the check engine light still on and the idle speed still too low. This was a very frustrating experience and I felt like I just wasted $100 for nothing. Also, the NGK Iridium spark plugs in our Forester had less than 25,000 miles on them so now I’m wondering why they would tell me I needed plugs. Lost lots of confidence in their recommendations right there! I have had service done here in the past and never experienced anything like this. This is my first visit to the dealership since they changed owners. More

Radio still unable to connect to 'Mirrorlink' but Dan and the other tech are still researching the problem. Dan kept me well informed of the progress and returned several times to the waiting area to ask follow-up questions about the problem I had. More
