First I’d like to say how amazing Toyota vehicles are. This is my first Toyota and won’t be my last. . What I’d like to focus is the trade in process. I did my research and came in expecting a $29,000 trade in offer which is lower than what KBB/Edmunds suggested. Upon review the dealer offered $26,000 and said this was the highest they would offer. I showed my rep the data I had and he said people don’t negotiate prices (this is a lie - who wouldn’t?). I was countered $26,500. I also had checked in another dealer who was offering $29,500 but I had already waiting months for this vehicle and wasn’t planning on waiting another 6+ months. I had even asked this dealer upon reserving the vehicle to give me a rough estimate for the trade in which was declined on numerous attempts. Now this dealer is listing my trade in for over $39,000. Just disappointed with this process. Would recommend going to Maplewood Toyota to do business vs Burnsville. More

Waited ~2 hours for oil change & tire rotation. No one came out and updated me on anything...not even when car was ready. I walked to garage several times checking for car and finally saw that it No one came out and updated me on anything...not even when car was ready. I came in to have my snow tires taken off their rims and my radials put on the rims. I had an appointment for 9:30 am. The work was not completed until noon, 2 1/2 hours!. When i went to check on the progre my radials put on the rims. I had an appointment for 9:30 am. The work was not completed until noon, 2 1/2 hours!. When i went to check on the progress at noon they were just finishing up. The bill included the tire disposal fee, which I did not want. I brought it to their attention and they promptly brought my snow tires and loaded them in the trunk. But they loaded them ina way that the tires were not on the blanket I had placed in the back so I had to remove the the grime from my seats after I got home. I was not happy with this whole experience. More
