I was able to get in next day, which was great! I loved that I got a video showing me the problem and what was done to fix it. The repair/service was done quickly, in one day out the next. I also liked that I was able to make a payment online. The communication was good and timely. However, I found the service manager to be a bit gruff. The problem was potentially being cause by an aftermarket system we had installed weeks after purchasing it 5 years ago. When mentioning the cost of the system and wanting to keep it intact. The service manager seemed to not care what happen to the system or that we spent a lot of money on it. Thankfully, it was 1 wire causing my vehicle to not start. They were able to repair the wire without removing or damaging the system. So, 5 stars for Burnsville Toyota, 4 for the service manager. More
The reason why I give 3*, they asked me if it's ok to fix my car with the estimated price $327 then i agreed. I walked to the mall after dropping the car off. Chad said he would call me when the car was ready. After 1.5 hours I walked back to the service department and noticed my car was ready in the parki Chad said he would call me when the car was ready. After 1.5 hours I walked back to the service department and noticed my car was ready in the parking area. After waiting in the waiting area I asked at the desk if my billing was ready. They did not have any paperwork. She went to the service checkin area and asked about it. When she returned she informed me that Chad was working on it. After waiting another 10 minutes I went to Chad and it appeared that he had not started the paperwork. After another 10 minutes I was finally able to pay the bill and leave. I am very dissatisfied with this service visit. Chad never did call me and I feel he dropped the ball on this one. More
Staff and drivers were great. Was quick and efficient. However, when driving the next day, I noticed the air pressure for my new tires were off. One was 42.
