Minor inconvenience when picking up the car. I expected that after two weeks, the sill guards would have been installed on the vehicle when I picked it up. I had received an email while on vacation stating that the parts had arrived. So, somehow, there was no commuication between sales/service (like an 'auto-alert') to have the parts on the car upon pickup. So, I ended up having to come back the next day with an appointment and wait for an hour (a reasonable amount of time in my opinion) for the door sills to be installed. I would have expected that this shouldn't have had to happen with me noticing that the car did not have the door sills installed. More

I was greeted upon arriving for my 25,000 miles service on our Highlander and told to wait in the Guest Waiting area. After about 30 minutes I received a text with a video of the vehicle. A little later on our Highlander and told to wait in the Guest Waiting area. After about 30 minutes I received a text with a video of the vehicle. A little later I received a text saying the vehicle was ready and to call a specific number. This call went to the Burnsville Toyota Service Desk who asked if I needed a ride since my vehicle was done. I replied that why would I need a ride when I'm sitting in the waiting area. The service receptionist was confused and said I should come up the the counter where I was helped. I have two major issues with my visit to Burnsville Toyota. 1) the service team not knowing where I was during the servicing of my vehicle. Why was I sent a text to call service when I'm sitting in the waiting area. (someone could/should have simply walked 40' into the waiting area to tell me my vehicle was done as well as letting me know what they found during servicing. 2) When the vehicle was serviced, both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were flagged as Red but no one in the service department offered me the option to replace either or both filters. Now I am left replacing them both on my own and Burnsville Toyota missed an opportunity to sell me two new filters and the opportunity to fully take care of a customer. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service, the confusion, and lack of communications with me at the Burnsville Toyota Service Department. More
