Excellent Honest Service! I brought my Prius in for service on the morning of 9/11/17. Prior to that I had done some research and discovered that in all probability it was a sh I brought my Prius in for service on the morning of 9/11/17. Prior to that I had done some research and discovered that in all probability it was a shield that had lost some clips after an oil change I'd had done there recently. Apparently that is not uncommon for that to happen with a 2010 Prius. Truthfully, after reading online forums about this problem what the cost would be, I was rather concerned for everyone seemed to be saying the entire shield would have to be replaced. I understand things break and that costs you but if it happened as a result of being serviced... I needed have worried. After looking at my car I was told it had lost some clips and that could have happened when the oil was changed. That it really can be a problem with the 2010. The shield was not damaged whatsoever, even though I had become aware of it because it started to drag. Whew! All that was needed was some replacement clips and my total bill came to $0.00. I asked if I should just make sure the clips get double-checked when my oil was changed and was told that would be a good idea. This was a situation where it could have been very easy to take advantage of the customer but I was dealt with fairly and honestly. Unlike the experiences of others, I was never made to feel like this was "my fault". Truthfully, I have had some bad experiences with other dealerships in the past and so I am rather hesitant to deal with them. My experience with Burnsville Toyota has convinced me that I can be confident that I will receive excellent and honest service and that means a lot. Thank you! More

A mechanic showed me the tires that you have in stock, pointing out the date of the tire (I had asked for that). I had 3 of your people help me. They answered all of my questions. They wer curteous, and handles it all professionally and with a smile. I liked that a lot. More
