Personalized service, no appointment needed We came in for an oil change, without appointment. We were promptly greeted and told that the tech would be with us shortly. We also asked when our last tire change was and we were shown our options for new tires. We always enjoy the coffee and cookies in the customer lounge. We waited about an hour, great time wait without appointment. We were told the job was done and the car checked out. The cashier was pleasant, scanned our coupon and we got the loyalty scan for a free oil change. We were given a free car wash code. The car wash was out of sync and did not wash our car. We went back in to get another code. A person came out to make sure that the wash was functioning properly. More
