"Simple" Light Bulb Change I was trying to change a headlight bulb on my 2008 Prius, but was having no luck getting at it, I took it down to the Toyota service and found that I I was trying to change a headlight bulb on my 2008 Prius, but was having no luck getting at it, I took it down to the Toyota service and found that I had the wrong bulb anyway. It was replaced in an hour or so. I wish it didn't cost so much, but more than half of that was the correct "high intensity" bulb. More
Oil change Unfortunately, you guys have apparently gotten so busy that I can no longer just drive in for a quick oil and filter change. When I tried to do so, I was asked if I had HOURS to wait. Had to set appt. for three days later. Service itself is fine, but I can get an oil change for $18.95 elsewhere vs. spending over $40 with you, so may have to do this next time. More
My Toyota Experience I am super excited, this was my first experience at buying a car. I had done Months of research and was ready to start test driving. I test drove a few at other dealerships but ended up buying at Burnsville Toyota. Joel my sales rep was amazing. He listen to me, educated me and was very patient. I realized I could not afford new and was not real happy with the used ones I had drove, thought I would have to settle. Joel told me about a newer Highlander that had just came in and it was perfect, the color I wanted and in really good shape with less mileage then what I had found. Joel made it happen for me. When I got it home I noticed the lower grill was cracked in two places. All it took was a call and I was able to bring it back the next day and have it fixed at no cost to me. I am so happy with my whole experience and am very happy to be part of the Toyota family. If you are in the market for a Toyota go see Joel, he is the best ever. More

I was dissatisfied with the wait being 1 hour 10 minutes for oil change and tire rotation (I didn’t have appt.). I was always told no need to make appointment for an oil change, but in new oil change part of service 3 entrances are dedicated to appointment only. I will make an appointment next time I need my oil changed. The service advisor should tell you the amount of time that the expected wait will be, especially if it is longer than 35 to 40 mins. I was not told that it would be this long of a wait. Thank you. More
I came to have the air bags fixed on recall. Andrew explained about the airbag recall. He came out and shared that the mechanic noticed that the alternator had recently been replaced. The mechanic noticed that there was a crack in the alternator belt. I then had them replace it. I trusted the recommendation. It was completed in a timely manner. Thank you! More
