I was surprised that they scoured their inventory and pulled a 2017 Prius Prime+, that was pulled from operations previously and let me have that. Excellent Service Excellent customer service. Not a fan of waiting an hour for an oil change and tire rotation but that's the consequence I anticipate when scheduling Excellent customer service. Not a fan of waiting an hour for an oil change and tire rotation but that's the consequence I anticipate when scheduling it on a Saturday. They offer a Courtesy Driver but the wait room offers snacks and comfortable furniture during service. Overall this is a top notch service department. In the military I traveled plenty and experienced several different service departments...this one by far on a scale of 1-10 is a 10! Hope they continue the great work and customer service. More
