Based on this experience, my first impression of ANDY is that he is honest, trustworthy, a hard worker, and has a "customer first" approach. Here's the scoop: I went in for a routine oil change, plus another issue - front passenger side door was sticking. We thought we'd need to repair/replace the rubber seal. ANDY was VERY helpful from the start - he took a good look at the door, checked on the cost for a new part, and discussed options. He DID NOT pressure me at all into getting the new part - in fact, he did the opposite! He showed me what he saw around the door seal and on the car frame itself - looked like something sticky had spilled inside the cup holder and drained down below. He advised against getting the new part and said that we just need to clean it up really well. I was relieved and grateful to avoid more costs - thanks, ANDY! More
