I bought a new car from them on May 21, 2024. I was asked several times after I told them once that I was going through my own bank for financing. They kept insisting to go through Toyota financi I was asked several times after I told them once that I was going through my own bank for financing. They kept insisting to go through Toyota financing. And I kept telling them I was going through my own bank. I felt harassed by this. I think next time they can keep their mouth shut just let the person finance through whoever they want to. I also had an appointment at 3 o’clock to pick up the car. It was never passed to anyone. So when I got there, they didn’t know I was coming. I also felt that when I went to a car that was less in Price they were a little bit cold to me after that. Would I buy through them again probably not. They also gave me a very low trade-in for my car. I bought my car there three years ago. It had dings at the time it was used. So when they took it out for a test drive and looked at it they told me I’d had dings. . Well, yeah, it had dings three years ago, but it was OK for them to charge me $25,000 for the price of it. Three years later, it’s only worth $8000. I believe this was a rip off. But I traded with them. So that’s on me. More
