Purchased a new car. Many items were gone over but no one went over how to access the radio or navigation. I met Amador at my 15k mile service. At this appointed, I had mentioned to him to see if they can fix my very squeaky driver's side visor. He went to talk with a manager and came back. At this appointed, I had mentioned to him to see if they can fix my very squeaky driver's side visor. He went to talk with a manager and came back. He told me that, the manager said it must be a wear and tear situation, which I DID NOT agree with. I said to him, "how can it be wear and tear? My car has 15k on it? I don't agree with that." He ended up going to talk to a manager again, who agreed that they will/can replace the part, but they don't have the part on hand. They can order the part, but I will have to come in to get it replaced. Amador told me that they will give me a call when the part is there. I never got a call. My 20k mile service was due and I called to make an appointment to get my service done. I knew the service department never gave me a call saying that my visor was there. Therefore, I double checked when I called to make my 20k appointment to see if my visor part was there before coming in (because I live a approximately 25+ miles away) to just get my service and the oil change done at the same time. I was transferred to the Parts Dept where I was told that NOTHING was on file about a visor being ordered for me. If you want to hear the rest of my story, because this will a long paper...I'd rather someone just follow up. I know Burnsville Toyota can find my phone number. Pheng More
We have personally purchased 2 new vehicles from David Smith. The first time we entered the store, he saw us walk in and made an obvious effort to get to us quickly and understand our need. He was friendly, courteous, considerate, energetic, kind, and very knowledgeable in getting us the information that we needed. In addition, he either answers his phone or gets back to us quickly. Beyond Toyota having a good vehicle, Burnsville Toyota has an excellent sales person in David!!! I drive an extra 40 miles past other dealerships because of David’s concern for our needs. More
