Go into the glassed off area, wait maybe half a minute, no one ahead of us, finally eye contact and then, can I help you. Service took an hour which was expected. Then Jason comes out and hands me the multipoint inspection handout, and brings me to the cashier counter. Reviewed bill at counter, It said filter was replaced. Wanted to know what filter was replaced as it was suppose to be the cabin filter. I told the woman cashier to ask the service writer, she seemed afraid or reluctant to go and asked him. After discussion with the other cashier she went and asked him. It was confirmed that it was the cabin filter. When I got home I looked under the hood to check things out, make sure dip stick is in and oil cap tight etc. Windshield washer reservoir half empty or if you prefer half full!!! Can’t take the time to top off the windshield washer fluid. A good way to save a dime I guess, or not care. Reviewed the video of the visit …Mechanic shows the cabin and engine filter which he replaced. Thanks for the engine filter. When I was in the military and responsible for millions of dollars worth of equipment I made sure no one was afraid or unwilling to ask for help or advise (the lady at the cashier counter). Also, communication between staff was critical (communication regarding filter type and what was replaced). Attention to the details, communication and respect helped keep the aircraft working and many men alive. Challenge your staff to lead by example: the results will astound you. More

It was easy to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle. The car salesman who helped us was great. Overall a good experience.
