I was looking at several brands of small trucks. When I got to Burnsville Toyota Tyler was vey helpful. I said that I was wanted to take a Tacoma out for a test drive but still had other trucks I was looking at. He took me out and explained all the benefits to the Tacoma but was not pushy. After looking at the competition I decided to go with the Tacoma. Tyler again was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of as well as the rest of the team at Burnsville Toyota. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. After going over the paperwork, I was told it would be 30-45 minutes, and directed to the lobby. I waited two hours, and no one came to gi rotation. After going over the paperwork, I was told it would be 30-45 minutes, and directed to the lobby. I waited two hours, and no one came to give me a status update. Finally, I noticed my car was in the parking lot, so I went to the cashier and asked it if was done, which it was. I was told they should have sent me an email with a video (which no one told me about or that I should be waiting for that), so I checked my email. Sure enough, there was a video (with a note that said an advisor would be out to see me shortly, which never happened). I watched the video, to find out they didn't do the tire rotation because my tire tread was too low, and the air filter was in serious need to be replaced. I'm honestly shocked they put it back in the car, and didn't come out to recommend they replace it since they had the old one out and it takes only a few minutes to replace one. In the video, they also said the tire tread was almost gone, and just left a few tire recommendations in my paperwork. Again, no one came out to tell me any of this. When I got in my car, I also noticed that the mileage sticker for the next service was 35K lower than my current mileage, so I guess they put the wrong sticker in my vehicle. While the video was actually interesting to watch, telling people they will be getting it would go a long way, and if there are things that need urgent attention, taking a few minutes to come out and talk to them would be good customer service. Overall, just a very disappointing experience. More
